What is project initiation data modeling?
Investors and business owners usually face three main questions for starting a project or developing their business: What to build? What quality should it be made of? And what are its dimensions and size? That generally does not receive an appropriate answer from the typical studies.
To address these questions, PIDM office identifies, reviews, and analyzes various data such as economic considerations, stakeholder needs, technical strategies and specific parameters for each project. Its outputs are integrated pictures consisting of maps, graphs, and tables in a unique model. These pictures facilitate decision-making for the employer and increase the project’s chances of success before allocating resources and costs.

We have ten years of professional experience in the feasibility study and need assessment in the PIDM office. Our projects are over 100 residential, commercial, administrative, recreational, sport, polyclinic, and industrial projects in different provinces of Iran. In this way, we achieved a method called “project initiation data modeling” by changing the perspective, training specialized experts, applying data science, and understanding employers' needs, problems, and mental questions. We presented this model to the most significant innovation factory in Europe and accepted and established it in Factory Berlin Mitte.
